In Seoul's upmarket Sinchon district, a testing ground for South Korean trends and tastes, Jong Su Ban, a defector from the famine-stricken North Korea, is building an entrepreneur's dream with a new product: lean North Korean snacks for image-conscious South Korean consumers.Jong's take-out restaurant, which he hopes will grow into a nationwide franchise, is not his only enterprise.
