More than 3,000 policemen began security preparations on Sunday that will convert Ahmadabad's cricket stadium into a security fortress for the limited-overs international between India and Pakistan on Tuesday.
No person without a ticket for the one-day international and an identification card will be allowed to approach the stadium, located on the outskirts of the western Indian city of Ahmadabad, police Inspector General P.K. Jha said.
