The International Association of Blacks In Dance will honor Dance Theater
of Harlem founder Arthur Mitchell at its 17th annual conference, which is
being hosted by the Lula Washington Dance Theatre (LWDT) is Los Angeles
Jan. 27-30.

Mitchell will be honored at the opening day of the conference during a
