SIX years after the death of business mogul and politician, Chief Moshood
Kashimawo Olawale Abiola, the man who started it all, the issue of
reparation has resurfaced in Lagos, Nigeria. To a coalition of black
organizations on the continent and in the Diaspora, the quantum of the
damages must balance the depth of suffering inflicted on the African
states. The coalition wants Europe and United States to pay $77 trillion!
Abiola had during his life time initiated moves to secure reparation for
African countries as a balm for socio-economic damages inflicted ...
