Science Subcommittee On Research March 9, 2005 Chairman Inglis, Congresswoman
Hooley and Members of the Subcommittee, I appreciate the opportunity to
testify before you. I am Mark Wrighton, Chancellor, Washington University,
Saint Louis, Missouri. My testimony today is in my capacity as Member of
the National Science Board and Chairman of its Committee on Audit and Oversight.
