Friday, February 18, 2005 -- We recently stayed at the Sheraton in Eilat, where we were served, among other things, warm cheesecake for breakfast. I enjoyed it very much and asked for the recipe. The chef was kind enough to give me his recipe, which called for 20 kgs. labaneh, 2.5 kgs. sugar, 2 large containers liquid instant pudding, 1 kg. corn flour, along with vanilla, brandy, and 120 eggs!
