Vic: Vic noses ahead for $6 bln destroyer contract: Allen report

MELBOURNE, March 2 AAP - Victorian shipbuilder Tenix has the edge on its South Australian
rivals for the $6 billion contract to build three navy destroyers, an expert report has
found.

The Allen Consulting Group report, released today and commissioned by the Victorian
government, is the latest salvo in the fierce inter-state contest to win the Air Warfare
Destroyer contract.
