Former First Lady Imelda Marcos has asked the Supreme Court to dismiss two
graft cases against her for the allegedly irregular release of nearly 100
million pesos worth of public funds when she was still Minister of Human
Settlements in 1984.

In a 22-page memorandum, Marcos asked the Supreme Court to uphold the
Sandiganbayan anti-graft court ruling in March 2002 that dismissed the two
