KUALA LUMPUR, Wed. - City police have declared an all-out war against vehicle theft, which registered a 30 per cent increase last month compared to the corresponding period last year.

And vehicle owners, said Deputy Chief Police Officer Datuk Ahmad Bahrin Idrus, were partly to blame for their lack of concern for the safety of their property.
