Vic: String of drugs charges against Mokbel dropped

MELBOURNE, Feb 15 AAP - A string of drugs charges against Melbourne millionaire businessman
Antonios Mokbel has been dropped.

The 39-year-old, who was today committed for trial on three drug trafficking charges,
originally faced 18 drug-related charges.

But the bulk of the charges, which include drug trafficking and possession, were dropped
by prosecutors during a committal hearing in Melbourne Magistrates Court.
