The Chinese call it Tao, or the way. Indians call it yoga, or yoking the
individual with the cosmic. Both are related movements that channelize
energies for spiritual purposes.

Acupressure works on energy channels, which Indians call nadis. Western,
medicine too now concedes there is something powerful at work when these
nadis are activated through either acupressure or yoga.

The flow of life force, or prana, is the yogic switch used to turn on the
light of cosmic consciousness. Acupressure - which no doubt took off from
yoga when its versions migrated ...
