GEORGE TOWN, Mon. - Police are recommending action against the VCD peddler and the enforcement officer involved in the much- publicised shooting case here on Jan 13.
State Criminal Investigation Department chief Senior Assistant Commissioner II Syed Ismail Syed Azizan said the investigation papers (IP) were handed to the Federal police in Bukit Aman yesterday.
