Antiguan wins talent contest at 'Miss World' pageant

Antigua and Barbuda's representative Shermain Jeremy won the talent contest
of the "Miss World" pageant here to fast-track her way into the final of
the global event, the organizers said.
The title of "Miss World 2004" was eventually won by "Miss Peru", Maria
Julia Mantilla. First runner-up was "Miss Dominican Republic", Claudia
Julissa Cruz Rodriguez. "Miss USA", Nancy Randall, was second runner-up.
