The Democratic Party is in trouble, and its not just dissatisfaction with
flawed leadership strategies producing two successive White House losses to
Republican George W. Bush since 2000.

Volcanic outrage over particular practices rocks the Democratic Party base
with this outrage erupting from the Party's most loyal voting bloc -
Blacks.

The reason for this outrage is the simple political equation of getting too
little in return for consistently giving the Democratic Party massive
support at the ballot box.
