WINDOW ROCK, Ariz. - Navajo President Joe Shirley Jr. entered into a
preliminary agreement with Utilicraft Aerospace Industries, Inc. to build
newly designed, twin-engine cargo aircraft with hopes of attracting
hundreds of high-paying jobs for Navajo on the Navajo Nation and in
Albuquerque, N.M.
"I feel very good, very confident about this," President Shirley said.
"This is an awesome opportunity and industry to bring to the Navajo
Nation."
Meanwhile, Utilicraft Aerospace Industries, Inc., also announced a $34
million commitment from the ...
