Florida Governor Jeb Bush appointed Dr Rajendra P Gupta of Fort Lauderdale
as member of the State Council for Education Policy Research and
Improvement.
The appointment is part of Bush's continuing recognition of the
contributions of Indian-American Republicans in various spheres in Florida,
particularly healthcare and medical research, and their magnanimity in
beefing up his campaign coffers and those of the GOP and Presidential
campaigns.
