FED: Aust ambassador to Fiji bashed and robbed in Suva

CANBERRA, Jan 8 AAP - Australia's top diplomat in Fiji was bashed and robbed on her
early morning run in the capital Suva today.
Australian High Commissioner Jennifer Rawson was approached by a man in Princess Road
near the embassy about 5.15am local time.
He punched her in the face and stole her walkman before fleeing, local police said.
Ms Rawson suffered serious facial injuries and is being treated in a local hospital.
No arrest had been made but police were confident of ...
