GEORGE TOWN, Wed. - Penang's tourism industry, reeling from the effects of the Dec 26 tsunami, can expect a fresh injection of funds from the State Government to get back on its feet.
State Tourism Committee chairman Teng Chang Yeow said he had submitted a proposal for another RM800,000 to RM1 million to the State Government to get tourists back to the island.
