Edition: 2*

DINING at Senses begins with a sensory experience, from scents wafting up from hot water being poured over a bowl of bunga kantan, dried kumquat and serai.
The restaurant, which is part of the Studio in the Hilton housing five restaurants and two bars, seats 25 on curved couches set against the wall, and cream hydrangeas in plant boxes prettily define the borders of the open restaurant.
The decor is in varying shades of mustard, gold and brown, with soft gold chiffon curtains weighed down with crystals.
