`Siva to contest as staff member'

KUALA LUMPUR, Mon. - National Union of Teaching Profession (NUTP) executive secretary Datuk N. Siva Subramaniam will be contesting the post of Malaysian Trades Union Congress (MTUC) secretary-general as a staff member of NUTP and not as an executive council member.

NUTP president Ismail Nihat said this today to clarify his nomination to contest the post.
