The Board of Directors of Jamuna Bank Ltd. (JBL) at its recent meeting
promoted M Nazrul Islam as the Managing Director of the bank.
Prior to his new assignment, he was the Additional Managing Director
of the bank. Nazrul Islam has a banking career for about 31 years mostly,
in multinational banks in home and abroad.
He joined banking career in 1973 and has worked in Janata Bank, ANZ
Grindlays Bank, Bank of Credit and Commerce International, Union Bank Zambia
Ltd., Dhaka Bank Ltd., and Social Investment Bank Ltd. in ...
