Qld: Judgment day for Volkers civil bid

BRISBANE, Dec 15 AAP - A former swimmer will learn tomorrow whether her bid to mount
a rare private prosecution against high profile swim coach Scott Volkers is successful.

Julie Gilbert is pursuing sexual abuse allegations against Mr Volkers, a former Australian
head women's swim coach, that date back to the early 1980s at a Brisbane swimming club.

Supreme Court Justice Cate Holmes will hand down a decision in Brisbane tomorrow in
