Vic: Land tax set to increase up to 100 per cent in two years
MELBOURNE, Dec 12 AAP - Victorian holiday home owners, small business operators and
property investors will be hit by huge land tax increases over the next two years.
State opposition treasury spokesman Robert Clark said today the increases could bankrupt
small businesses, push big property investors out of Victoria and hurt those that might
be asset rich but income poor.
