BEIJING, Dec. 10 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Vice Premier Huang Ju said here
Friday that China is willing to promote relations with African countries
through cooperation in telecommunication and trade.
"The Chinese government attaches great importance to the development
of telecommunication industry and we will continue to encourage Chinese
