Vic: Truck driver avoids jail over false imprisonment of teens
MELBOURNE, Dec 7 AAP - A Melbourne truck driver who hunted down and imprisoned three
teenagers after one of them allegedly threw a lemon at his truck today avoided jail but
was fined $5,000.
Nicholas William Moorby, of Ferntree Gully, followed three boys, then aged 15 and 16,
to a Brunswick flat, in Melbourne's north, after one of them allegedly threw a lemon from
a tram at his truck, the Victoria County Court heard.
