(The Crimson White) (U-WIRE) TUSCALOOSA, Ala. -- Jean Felix's journey from Congo-Brazzaville to the Alabama men's basketball team took him from Africa, to Paris, to various cities in Alabama before his arrival in Tuscaloosa, Ala.

Felix is part of a highly-touted recruiting class head coach Mark Gottfried signed last season. Felix, a junior-college transfer, will start the season as a reserve, backing up Kennedy Winston at the small forward spot.
