It seems only natural that Rev. Charles Williams would pass away during
Indiana Black Expo's Summer Celebration - the baby that he created 34 years
ago.

I've always believed that a person who is ill has some sort of control over
when they die. I'm not implying that these people are God, but I do believe
that in certain instances the person that is ill knows when he/she wants to
stop fighting. They know when it's OK to let go, they know when the people
who love and rely on them will be able to handle their passing.
