Sextans

Sextans (abbr. Sex, gen. Sextantis) An obscure constellation on the celestial equator, representing a sextant. Its brightest star is Alpha Sextantis, magnitude 4.5. Its only object of note is the Spindle Galaxy, NGC 3115.
