Delta Aquarid meteors

Delta Aquarid meteors A meteor shower producing moderate activity between July15 and August20. The meteor stream's orbit lies close to the ecliptic, and has been split into two major components. At maximum, on August6, the Northern Delta Aquarids appear from a radiant at RA 23h 04m, dec. +02°. The Southern Delta Aquarids peak on July29 from a radiant at RA 22h 36 m, dec. +17°. The southern component is the more active, with peak ZHR around 25, compared with 10 for the northern component.
