Drew, Georgiana (1856–93), American actress, daughter of Mrs John Drew. At the age of 16 she appeared with her mother's company in Philadelphia, and was later with Augustin Daly in New York. An actress of great ability whose career was hampered by ill health, she married in 1876 Maurice Barrymore, with whom she appeared in Diplomacy, a version of Sardou's Dora. She also played with Modjeska, Lawrence Barrett, and Edwin Booth, and appeared under the management of Charles Frohman. Her three children, Ethel, John, and Lionel Barrymore, were all on the stage.
