Der Erdgeist (Earth Spirit) 1895 and
Die Büchse der Pandora (Pandora's Box) 1902, were adapted by
Berg as lib. for his opera
Lulu. Wrote songs with lute acc. His sister Erika (1869–1944) was leading sop. at Dresden Opera 1894–1909.
