Deidamia, Riccardo Primo, Alcina, and Rinaldo. Chief cond. Royal Court Th., Drottningholm, 1970–9. Chief guest cond., Badisches Staatstheater, Karlsruhe, from 1979. Mus. dir. London Chamber Opera from 1983. CBE 1977.
