Prague 1883; further rev. 1885, prod. Prague 1892. Revised again 1894–5 with much re-composition, and prod. that year in Prague. For a prod. in 1904, Dvor̆ák reverted to a combination of the earlier and latest versions. Brit. f.p. Nottingham 1979. US f.p. NY (concert) 1984.
