Arditti Quartet

Arditti Quartet. Brit. string quartet founded 1974 and specializing in contemp. mus. Orig. members were Irvine Arditti, Lennox Mackenzie (succeeded by Alexander Balanescu and then David Alberman 1987) (vns.), Levine Andrade (va.), and John Senter (vc.) (succeeded by Rohan de Saram 1985).
