Loan Maclibhuin

Loan Maclibhuin. In Manx legend, the swarthy smith of Drontheim [Norway?] who made the sword Macabuin for King Olave II, Goddardson, of the Isle of Man. Loan's daughter Emergaid the Fair later married Olave, founding the Manx royal line. See also LON MAC LÍOMTHA.
