Dabilla. The lapdog of Boand. According to place-name legend, the dog was dashed against two rocks in the sea on the east coast of Brega; these have been identified with the 148-foot Rockabill or Rock-a-Bill rocks (OIr. Da Billa), 5 miles NE of Skerries, in north Co. Dublin.
