Blaí Briugu, Blaí Briuga [Ir., Blaí the hospitaller, the hospitable]. An Ulster warrior renowned for his hospitality. He was a fosterer of Cúchulainn, promising that if the child were entrusted to him neither contempt nor neglect would come to him. Blaí liked to sleep with different women, for which Celtchair killed him.
