Naval Special Warfare Command

Naval Special Warfare Command commissioned in April 1987, the Navy's component of the U.S. Special Operations Command. It is responsible for preparing naval special warfare forces to successfully execute assigned missions and to develop special operations tactics, strategy, and doctrine.
