Fort Huachuca, Arizona, that has been in operation since 1954. It conducts technical tests of communications, intelligence, and electronic warfare equipment, often in conjunction with nearby
White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico. It serves as the headquarters for other electronic proving grounds throughout the country.
