London Review of Books

London Review of Books, a literary and cultural review founded in 1979 and edited by Karl Miller (1931– ), in conscious emulation of the New York Review of Books (founded 1963). It has published critical essays and articles by many prominent critics and scholars, including Christopher Ricks, John Bayley, Frank Kermode, A. J. P. Taylor, D. Lodge, Sir Peter Medawar, and Dan Jacobson, and has also published poetry and fiction.
