Fletcher, Giles, the younger

Fletcher, Giles, the younger (?1586–1623), the younger son of Giles Fletcher the elder, a poet of the Spenserian school whose allegorical treatment of religious themes is said to have influenced Milton. His principal work was Christs Victorie, and Triumph, in Heaven, and Earth over, and after Death (1610).
