Osian

Osian ♂ Anglicized form of Oisín, a name found in Irish mythology and resuscitated in 1760 by James Macpherson (1736–96) as the name of the supposed author of some ancient Gaelic poetry which Macpherson claimed to have translated, though in all probability he wrote it himself. In recent times the name has become very popular in the English-speaking world, both in its Anglicized and Irish forms.

Variant: Ossian.
