Tensas, Madison

Tensas, Madison, M.D., pseudonym of Dr. Henry Clay Lewis (1825–50), whose Odd Leaves from the Life of a Louisiana Swamp Doctor (1850) is a humorous work of the Old Southwestern frontier based on experiences in Kentucky and Louisiana.
