Boston Miscellany of Literature and Fashion

Boston Miscellany of Literature and Fashion (1842–43), monthly magazine, was an outgrowth of Arcturus (1841–42), a critical magazine founded by E.A. Duyckinck and Cornelius Mathews. Its contributors included Lowell, E.E. Hale, Hawthorne, Edward Everett, Poe, and N.P. Willis.
