Amaya The experimental Web BROWSER used by the WORLD WIDE WEB CONSORTIUM to explore future extensions to both SERVER technology and to MARKUP LANGUAGES such as HTML and XML. For example, it has been used to test out the PNG graphics format. It represents the browser equivalent of the WORLD WIDE WEB CONSORTIUM experimental WEB SERVER known as JIGSAW. One of its features not found on other browsers is that it can show what a page looks like on another mainstream browser.
