Public can 'Meet the Artists' at reception Saturday

Sculptor Todd Willing of St. Charles learned to work with steel when he repaired incinerators more than two decades ago.
Today, one of his steel sculptures, "C.B. Spine," has a $4,000 price tag and is part of the fourth annual Sculpture in the Park exhibit at Mount St. Mary Park in St. Charles. The Downtown St. Charles Partnership and its Public Art Committee present the free exhibit with the St. Charles Park District.
