On April 17, a week before Big Noise Theatre's "Sunday in the Park" opened, director Rick Frendt wasn't to be found onstage with the actors, nor even backstage examining props. Instead, he's high up in the air on a ladder, helping to set up light cues for the seven professional, high-intensity projectors that have just arrived at Prairie Lakes Theater in Des Plaines.
