As much as you don't want to hear it, there's still quite a bit of winter left. That means more snow, more wind and more frigid temperatures. Unfortunately, this type of weather brings with it the very real risk of frostbite. In fact, it takes only minutes for exposed skin to become frostbitten if the temperature is below 20 degrees Fahrenheit and the wind is blowing at 20 mph or more. With recent temperatures plummeting to the single digits and lower, frostbite is a real concern.
