Highland Park students to travel abroad
|
Two different groups of students from Highland Park High School will travel to France and Spain next summer.
The first group of freshmen, sophomores and juniors will spend two weeks in Southwest France, in and around Montauban, from June 12-29 as part of the exchange program "Chez Nous," which is organized through MiCES (Midwest Cultural Educational Services, Inc.) in coordination with the French program L'Institut Familial in Montauban.
Prior to traveling to France, the Highland Park students will get to know their French counterparts through correspondence. They will also learn about the ...
