Before many of us catch a whiff of the morning coffee Sunday, hundreds of svelte, ripped athletes will already have splashed, sprinted and cycled through town.
Before we've scrambled the eggs, they'll be enjoying live entertainment and partying along the Batavia Riverwalk.
This could only mean one thing: The Batavia Triathlon, an event that seems to be gaining momentum each year, is on tap this weekend.
The fourth annual triathlon begins at 6:30 a.m. Sunday (June 10) at Quarry Beach. Triathletes will swim 400 meters at the Quarry, bike 16.1 miles through Batavia and its countryside and run ...
